About Us

Hello and thank you for visiting our webpage. A career in travel has always been a dream of mine. For the last 25 years I worked in public service for Springfield, MO, surrounding areas, and South Carolina. Now, I have opened Beautiful Morning Travel and my public service will continue in a different role. My agency is here to assist you with vacation customizations. I have two locations, Charleston, SC and Springfield, MO.

My husband and I have a daughter and one grandson. You will see us traveling with him on some of our trips. I have taveled both internationally and domestic many times, to include cruises, all-inclusive resorts, motorcoach group tours and theme parks.

Meet Our Team!

Roi retired in 2018 but has returned as our Springfield Manager and has been in the travel industry for 44 years and has been an international Tour Director/escort for 19 of those. He truly enjoys traveling and has visited many, many countries.

Prior to coming to Springfield, he lived 9 years in Cheyenne WY where he was a district manager for a nationwide travel company. He worked for Pan Am Airlines, based in Miami FL, Holbrook Travel in Gainesville FL and prior to that with Maupintour for many years.

Roi’s favorite countries are Austria, Iceland and New Zealand and some of his favorite cities are Katmandu, Nepal; Zel am Zee, Austria; Reykjavik, Iceland and Lima, Peru. He enjoys cruising and considers the North Baltic Sea as his favorite cruise.

In his spare time he works part-time at a local funeral home, volunteers at Cox Hospital and enjoys spending time with his Boston Terrier, Logan.

My name is Pam Gaunt. I am excited to be a part of the Beautiful Morning Travel team!

I’m a 56-year old native to the area. My husband, Dwayne and I have 4 grown kids, 2 beautiful granddaughters and will soon be grandparents to another blessing later this year. I am very active in our church through choir and sing on our praise team. In our spare time we enjoy camping, kayaking, playing games, and of course, traveling when opportunity presents itself. Our greatest love is spending time with our family and friends.

Much of my professional background has been as an administrative assistant and office manager. Several of those years were spent in the hospitality industry. I’ve had a wide-range of experience from planning corporate events, to making travel arrangements for individuals and groups, as well as accompanying students on stateside and international mission trips.
